Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of meentop.com.ng and any consultancy services you engage from Meentop Global Services Ltd ("Meentop", "we", "us"), headquartered in Nigeria, including services delivered in connection with our registered entities in Serbia and Rwanda. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Meentop provides admission, visa, travel, business registration and relocation consultancy services, including for study, tourism, business and employment purposes. We advise, prepare and, where you engage us to do so, submit applications on your behalf — but final decisions on admission, visas, permits, and business registration rest solely with the relevant university, embassy, immigration authority, or government body, and are outside our control.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not and cannot guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship awards, business registration approval, or employment outcomes. Our role is to prepare the strongest, most accurate application or filing possible, and to give you honest guidance on your realistic likelihood of success before you commit to any paid service.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, and to disclose anything materially relevant to your application or filing. Misrepresentation or omission in any application is your responsibility, and may result in rejection or other consequences imposed by the receiving institution or authority — Meentop is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
Fees, payments and cancellations
Service fees are communicated to you in writing before work begins, separately from any third-party costs (such as application fees, visa fees, government filing fees, or insurance premiums) which are set by the relevant third party and are not part of our consultancy fee. Our specific cancellation and refund terms for paid services will be set out in writing at the time you engage that service, since they can reasonably differ by service type and how much work has already been completed on your behalf.
Booking consultations
Consultations booked through this site are scheduling requests, not confirmed until a Meentop consultant contacts you to confirm the session. Submitting the booking form requires your consent to be contacted about your request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services on this site
Our booking and newsletter forms are delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party service. We are not responsible for that service's availability or for issues arising from its infrastructure, though we take reasonable steps to confirm submissions reach us.
Website content and intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Meentop Global Services Ltd unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission. Country and destination information on this site is provided as general guidance and may not reflect the most current tuition, fee, or regulatory figures — we confirm current details with you directly as part of any engagement.
Limitation of liability
Meentop is not liable for decisions made by third parties, including universities, embassies, airlines, immigration authorities, or government registration bodies, nor for losses arising from delays, policy changes, or requirements outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
