Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Meentop Global Services Ltd ("Meentop", "we", "us"), headquartered in Nigeria, and to visitors and clients who use meentop.com.ng or engage our consultancy services, including in relation to our registered entities in Serbia and Rwanda.
Information we collect
When you book a consultation, submit the contact or newsletter forms, or engage us for a service, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, current country, destination and service of interest, preferred consultation time, and any message or documents you choose to share with us. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site at this time; if that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool is enabled.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, prepare and submit applications on your behalf where you engage us to do so, and send updates relevant to your specific case. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the service you've requested without asking you first.
Third parties who process your data on our behalf
Our booking and newsletter forms are processed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. We don't control FormSubmit's own infrastructure; their handling of data in transit is governed by their own privacy terms. Beyond this, we share information with universities, embassies, immigration authorities, and travel or insurance partners only as required to deliver the specific service you've requested, and only with your knowledge that this is part of that service.
International transfers
Because we support applications and business registration across multiple countries, information you share with us may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own — including Nigeria, and destination countries relevant to your specific request. Where you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another jurisdiction with its own data protection framework, you may have additional rights under that framework; see "Your rights" below.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service you've engaged us for, and afterward for as long as reasonably needed to meet legal, tax, or regulatory recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults and prospective students old enough to independently pursue study, work, or relocation abroad. We do not knowingly collect personal information from young children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided us information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will address it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
